Types of Licenses
The software license may be granted by Graitec Sp. z o. o.* in one of the following versions:
- Individual Version
If Graitec Sp. z o. o. identifies the software as an "individual version", the Licensee shall have the right to install and gain access to one copy of the software on one (1) separate computer, and is only for the internal needs of the Licensee's business.
- Multi-station Version (network)
If Graitec Sp. z o. o. identifies the software as a "multi-station version", the Licensee shall have the right to install it on any number of separate computers and gain access to the permitted number of copies of the software at the same time to use them only for the internal needs of the Licensee's business.
- Trial or Test Version (NFR)
If Graitec Sp. z o. o. identifies the software as a demo, trial or test version not for resale, the Licensee shall have the right to install and gain access to one copy of the software only for the purpose of its demonstration and assessing its commercial suitability. Unless Graitec Sp. z o. o. specifies otherwise in writing, the demo version may be installed only for a 14-day trial period.
- Educational Version
If Graitec Sp. z o. o. identifies the software as an “educational version", the Licensee shall have the right to install and gain access to one copy of the software on up to the permitted number of computers, only for teaching purposes. Educational versions of the software may not be used for commercial, professional or other for-profit purposes and may only be used by persons who qualify as a permitted user of educational versions.
